Landlords and Property Managers Special Terms and Conditions

For landlords and property managers who have a sealed Tenancy Tribunal Order to collect, we have the following special terms and conditions:

Debt Loading/Annual subscription

We waive all debt loading and annual subscription charges.

You are welcome to load as many Tenancy Tribunal Orders for collection as you like without charge.

Note: Don't worry if you don't have a current address, you are welcome to load the debt at no charge. We have a good deal of success tracing debtors. Debtors may also present in our system at some time, through another client, for example.

Collection Fees

We charge 25% plus GST on all funds collected after the point where you lodge the debt with us. This applies to funds paid directly to you or to us.
